Risk Management
IRISK Solutions is a risk management consulting firm and oversees all loss prevention and claims management for all of Venture’s programs. In this role, IRISK has reduced claim frequency and claim severity by an average of 16% and 18% per year respectively since 2002.
Claims Management
Chubb Services – Venture has worked with Chubb Services Corporation since the inception of the Preferred Club Program in 1994. Today, Chubb Services works with IRISK Solutions to handle Workers’ Compensation claims and managed care solutions for Preferred Club, Suitelife and Venture Hospitality.
Gallagher Bassett – Gallagher Bassett Services (GB) is one of the largest third-party administrators serving the P&C industry. Their services include claims management, information management, medical cost containment, and risk control consulting and appraisal services. On behalf of Venture, GB provides Workers Compensation claims and loss control services on Venture’s Technology and Hospitality Workers Compensation programs

Chubb Group of Insurance Companies – Venture’s longest-standing insurance carrier partner, Chubb serves the Preferred Club Program since its inception in 1994. Chubb is also involved in Venture’s Suitelife and Sportsman programs and boasts the highest financial rating (A++ (XV)) by A.M. Best Co. Goldman Sachs has historically ranked Chubb among the leaders in customer satisfaction for claims resolution.
Zurich in North America is a welcome addition to the Preferred Club program. Celebrating its centennial year in the U.S., Zurich is also a carrier for Venture’s Suitelife® program and is rated A (Excellent) by A.M. Best Co.

Vertibrands is a full-service advertising agency serving insurance programs and services on a non-competitive basis. Vertibrands evolved from Venture’s award-winning marketing department in 2007 and continues to support Venture’s marketing efforts.
