Fran is responsible for overseeing the underwriting, development and expansion of all programs, as well as other opportunity areas that would benefit from her expertise.
Fran began her career as an underwriter over 30 years ago with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Since then she has held underwriting and management positions with CIGNA, Reliance Insurance and Professional Underwriters. Prior to joining Venture Programs, Fran was Underwriting Director at NSM Insurance Group, where she was instrumental in the development of their $200,000,000 Program Division.
