Jim has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been a versatile member of the Venture management team since 2000, leading Venture Technology, the PREFERRED CLUB Program and also serving as director of program operations.

In his current role, Jim is responsible for the growth, profitability and marketing success of Venture’s programs. Previously, Jim worked for Commonwealth Risk, an A.R.T. specialist, as assistant vice president responsible for the development, design, and implementation of large corporate risks structures through offshore captive facilities. Jim also worked for the Philadelphia Insurance Company as a production underwriter for the Virginia and Washington, DC branches. Jim is a graduate of Susquehanna University with an emphasis in Marketing and holds a Property & Casualty license.
