As a sales representative, Holcombe is responsible for gaining increased submissions and building broker relationships in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic territories. Holcombe will divide his time between the road and Venture’s offices, reporting directly to James Shaffer, executive vice president of Sales and Marketing at Venture.

Prior to joining Venture, Holcombe worked as insurance advisor at Hatfield Group, LLC.
