West Chester, Pa.— June 13, 2017— Venture Programs (www.ventureprograms.com), a national insurance program administrator, today announced the promotion of Robert Mulhern to executive vice president of sales for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
In his new role, Mulhern is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with agents and brokers, representing all Venture product lines, including its golf, hotel and marine products and services across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. He is also charged with providing field support to Venture’s underwriting team.
“Rob has been an integral part of Venture’s success for the 24 years he’s been on our team,” said Philip J. Harvey, Venture president and founder. “He was invaluable while leading PREFERRED CLUB’s golf program and will provide great insights to agents and brokers in the field.”
Mulhern has been with Venture’s PREFERRED CLUB golf and country club program since its inception. Over the years, he has held several positions at Venture, including leading underwriting, sales, and marketing efforts. While spearheading these programs, Mulhern has built a national broker network. Prior to joining Venture, Rob served as a senior commercial lines underwriter for Philip J. Harvey & Co., Inc.
Mulhern holds a Pennsylvania (PA) Property and Casualty Agent license.
