As the situation regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, Venture Insurance Programs has taken action in response to this unique and evolving humanitarian crisis to balance the safety and health of our employees, brokers, clients and carriers while preserving business continuity and the quality of technical expertise and service that defines our company.
To ensure the level of service you expect, while protecting the health of our employees, Venture’s employees began working remotely on Thursday, March 12 and are still able to service and accept business without interruption. Specifically, all phone extensions are forwarding to the appropriate mobile phones and emails are accessible by all employees with office desktop access by all underwriters.
Venture has instituted a Crisis Management Committee to review circumstances affecting each insured and will work with insurance agents and brokers to foster terms consistent with each state’s insurance department requirements between the insurer and the insured.
