- Claim data, trend analysis and comprehensive claims reviews available
- Resource Center – online access to insights, reminders and checklists to better manage club risks
Submission Criteria:
- Completed ACORD Application
- PREFERRED CLUB Supplemental Application
- Five (5) years’ currently valued loss runs
- Details on any current safety, loss control or claims management programs
- Audited Financials
- Signed SOV with all COPE information completed for each scheduled building
