- Industry expertise for more than 25 years
- Proprietary Package with customized coverage forms for the club industry
- Tee-to-Green: $1 million and $2.5 million for all playing surfaces (no “per hole” limitation)
- Tree Replacement & Debris Removal (including weight of ice and snow)
- Additional outdoor property limit of $1 million
- Business Income with Unlimited Extended Period of Indemnity
- General Liability (includes Liquor Liability, GKLL, Herbicide/Pesticide)
- Abusive Acts Coverage can be included with a separate cover of $1 million limit
- D&O and EPLI can be included in the umbrella
- Underwriting authority for "A+" or better A.M. Best insurers

Submission Criteria:
- Completed ACORD Application
- PREFERRED CLUB Supplemental Application
- Five (5) years’ currently valued loss runs
- Details on any current safety, loss control or claims management programs
- Audited Financials
- Signed SOV with all COPE information completed for each scheduled building
